A Bit About Me

A strong community starts with a strong economy. The PassEDA works across various industries and organizations to attract and retain businesses to this fast growing region. The PassEDA is a quick way to interact with leaders from education, health care, energy, water, hospitality, development and manufacturing who are working together for a bright future for the Pass Area.

As a public affairs manager for SoCalGas, I contribute with my background in mass communications, journalism, public relations, and government affairs.

During my nearly three decades in the Inland Empire, I have served the region as government affair manager for the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians and owner of WellSaid! Communications, a strategic public relations company serving real estate developers and energy producers. Prior to my time in public relations, I was a business editor and reporter for several newspapers, including The Press-Enterprise and Inland Valley Daily Bulletin.

I hold a master’s in communications from Cal State Fullerton and a bachelor’s from the University of Southern California. I am also certificated in tribal history and government from the Drucker School of Management and hold a production and inventory control management certificate from Cal Poly Pomona.

In my role at SoCalGas, I serve as president of the Mt. San Jacinto College Foundation; vice chair of the Economic Development Coalition of Southwest Riverside County; Race, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Commissioner for the City of Temecula; and board member of the Moreno Valley, Temecula, Lake Elsinore and Beaumont chambers of commerce. Memberships include 14 various chambers of commerce and the Menifee Rotary Club
